Paving the way for tomorrow’s sports people.

For our youth athletes aged 10-13 our primary goal is to build a positive relationship with fitness health and exercise. Buy-in for our future athletes especially in the modern world of multiple distractions is the foundation that will create an enthusiastic sportsperson and a vital part of setting them up to follow a long term program as they grow into young adolescents.

For our youth athletes JAP sessions will involve hand eye coordination drills, some technique work and most importantly games with underlying strength and conditioning principles. The sessions are for the majority paired with another athlete of similar age and ability and games are implemented with competitive scenarios to awaken their competitive spirit and keep sessions engaging and interesting.

Our youth athletes enjoy a weekly-fortnightly session having fun, a laugh and most importantly getting on the field or court to try out their new learned abilities!
