Here at Jackson Athletic Performance you are not hiring a coach to drive you into working out twice as hard. Our philosophy is minimal effective volume. What is the point of doing a gruelling weights workout if you are too sore to effectively train skills the next day? We perfectly understand the science of how to balance our athletes workloads so they get the full benefit from all of their training sessions, not just the first one of the week.
